The mission of the Crew is to entertain, enthuse and support the community through dance performances and competitions. They are reputable individuals devoted to the art of dance. The Crew is committed to representing Big Sky Dance Works with a high caliber of character, personal integrity and dance talent. By spreading a positive message and modeling a positive image, their desire is to empower their peers to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Crew members are selected annually through an audition process.
